The first of the Muhajirun (Emigrants) to be buried there was Uthman bin Mazoun (رضي الله عنه) who died shortly after the Prophet (ﷺ) returned from the battle of Badr. Uthman bin Mazoun (رضي الله عنه) was one of the companion’s Prophet (ﷺ). He was the first Muhajir (Emigrant) to pass away in Medina in 2/624 (22 months after the arrival of the Prophet (ﷺ) in Medina), and was buried in al-Baqi’.
